The request will be at sole discretion of EVOK and subject to availability of new item selected. The new item selected has to be of same or higher value than the original purchase. An inspection may be conducted by EVOK to ascertain the condition of item prior to approval of exchange request. Freight charges for both sides shall be borne by the customer. Return Request: Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product. Payment made through Credit / Debit cards will be reversed to the same card, Net banking payment will be reversed to the same bank account and Vouchers used for payment will result in issue of fresh vouchers. Cancellation Request: 1.In case of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, refund will be initiated after 2.5% deduction of order value as a convenience fee. 2. Post the 24 hour window, you will be charged 10% of the order value as a restocking fee. 3. In case cancellation within 24hrs for the change in mind customer have to bear the EMI discount cost (in case of zero cost EMI). 4. In case of cancellation after delivery, you will be charged a 20% cancellation charge.
