He will be responsible to shortlist locations to drive the sales with the support of sales team Conduct market research for the product movement and understanding customer needs and requirements Conducts review discussions/wakeup meetings on weekly basis with all sales team and office admins to drive sales Desired Skills: Very Strong Communication Skills Local Language,English Should be a Graduate / Diploma Holder / ITI / PUC / 10th Pass/12th pass Highly Self Driven, and should have team handling skills Strong negotiation skills, along with strong understanding on local market, should be able to travel 3+ years of experience into Sales and Team handling Should have 2 wheeler with valid DL / LL along with vehicle documents, able to travel to other branches as in when required.
