Production Supervisor wanted 2019 to 2021 batch Job description * Min experience in Production in case of BE and min 3 to 5 years of Experience in case of in engineering / electrical industry making high volume products; managing a production team of at least 50 to 100 people. * Manage and co ordinate production in Chennai plant for MCB product and drive quality, on time delivery and productivity on respective production lines. * Manage and co ordinate the production operations to achieve daily monthly and annual targets of production quantity and MDR as per the plan and always maintain in line with set target. * Drive line efficiency by effectively utilizing Material, Manpower and on the production lines through developing, deploying and managing flexible multi-skilled workforce. * Drive SIM 5 S process and continuous improvement on the production lines * Manage and develop people in the assigned lines of production * Training, developing and mentoring the operators of the lines. * Production scheduling * Achieve Production Targets * Monitor and control Rejections / Booking Scrap Role:Production Manager / Supervisor Industry Type Electrical Equipment Functional Area Production, Manufacturing & Engineering Employment Type Full Time, Permanent Role Category Operations, Maintenance & Support Regards, INDHU-Hr 89396 and 40910
