This auction is for a very nice lighted house from Carole Towne.  "Franklin's Farm" is part of the Carole Towne collection and includes a light cord. The windmill operates via 2 "AA" batteries (not included) The blades rotate but the mechanism is noisy.  There is a small chip on the base, but with that exception, it is in great condition and comes in the original styrofoam packaging and box.  I will be listing other Carole Towne pieces, if you would like to combine shipping.  Please, bid with confidence, as this would make a great addition to an existing collection or the start of new one.   We will be glad to combine invoice and shipping/handling costs for multiple purchases.  We have dozens of fine collectibles that include figurines, glassware, and dishes.  Visit our store at This and That from JKL.
