As a L2 Desktop Support Associate (DSA) at WWS you will work as part of a broad range of technologies and liaises across multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests. Minimum experience of 2-3 years Good Understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting, Knowledge of Windows Strong experience with installation, configuration, and administration of SAS 9.1.3 or higher Create/maintain static and Ad-Hoc deliverables to communicate field performance and increase technician level efficiency. Experience with performance tuning servers, troubleshooting, and automation of such codes. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
