Telesales associates

We are looking for Telesales Associates to join our International team. As a member of our Australian TSA team, you ll initiate the sales conversation with future customers. You will be taking on the responsibility for lead qualifying, outbound prospecting. This is a salaried position with an attractive compensation for meeting monthly goals that are essential to the success and growth of Phenom People. In this role, you will pitch to customer and convince Work Experience. To be successful in this role, you will need to be Fluent in English 0-3 years sales experience Salesforce proficiency Punctual and creative follow-ups to grab attention Mentality that every new prospect is a customer in a matter of time Someone research driven, with great communication and expectation listening skills Ability to be coached, yet able to work independently An affinity for technology and trends Inspired individuals with a strong desire to grow within our organization Ability to organize, prioritize, to fulfill your responsibilities and deliver on your sales goals Good knowledge of Computer Basic & MS-Excel 2013-16 Working-Days- Monday to Friday & Saturday (Half day) Benefits- Pick & Drop, Breakfast & Lunch
