Payment made through Credit / Debit cards will be reversed to the same card, Net banking payment will be reversed to the same bank account and Vouchers used for payment will result in issue of fresh vouchers. Cancellation Request: 1. In case of cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. 2. Post the 24 hour window, you will be charged 10% of the order value as a restocking fee. 3. In case cancellation within 24hrs for the change in mind customer have to bear the EMI discount cost (in case of zero cost EMI). 4. In case of cancellation after delivery, you will be charged a 20% cancellation charge. Cancellation request post-delivery will only be accepted in case the following conditions are met: a) Cancellation request is raised due to the customer's change of mind b) Cancellation request is raised due to space issues at the customer's site c) The request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product d) The product must be returned in good condition
