For Sale $9500 Firm Rare war time barn find patina 1944 Dodge COE project with clear KS title.  Non running project truck located outside of Ottawa, Kansas.  This truck is for sale locally so the auction may end at anytime.  The truck has tires that hold air and will roll and steer for transport.  I could possibly cut the frame behind the cab and add an axle there to save the buyer on shipping.  It has a very clean body other than where the last owner allowed the rats nests above the windshield and inside of drivers side a pillar.  There's no rust on the exterior above the windshield just on the inside.  Very minimal rust on the exterior of the body and a nice red patina.  There's zero rust in the bottoms of the doors or floors.  Some of the cab lights are missing on top but very complete otherwise.  It has a tag jewel on the front and the DODGE embossed glass taillight in the back.  The engine is most likely locked up from decades of sitting but most will probably frame swap it anyway.  This would make a great stock restoration project or a great diesel powered car hauler.  Let me know if you have any questions. Welcome to my advert for the most amazing truck you’ll ever own!  I bought ‘Albert’ from a guy that supplied vehicles to films in Sussex, United Kingdom in 2015.  I used it to delver beds for my business on the Isle of Wight UK for a couple of years and then made the decision to restore it back to the film he was most famous for!   I have the paperwork to prove ‘Albert’ was in the actual film - he is one of only two known to have survived out of the six bought by Warner Brothers for the movie - the other is owned by the Roald Dahl Museum in the UK. ‘Albert’ is road legal in the UK and I’ve always driven it regularly - most recently driving the 150 miles from the Isle of Wight to  Brightwells in Herefordshire. You are looking at a 2019 Chevrolet 3500HD service truck with 33,802. This truck is equipped with a 6.0L gas engine, automatic transmission, 2 wheel drive and dual rear wheels. It has power windows, power locks, power mirror's, air conditioning and cruise control. The seats have had seat covers on them since the truck was new. 1954 Chevrolet 3100 pick up Good Ole boy here in town bought this truck through Mecum sale. Bought it seven years ago.  Back when Mecum was very selectable! They took only a limited number and only quality rides. This truck passed the test.  It is an earlier restoration. Still shows greats-it's even starting to show a small bit of patina.  Mechanically very sound.  Starts nice, runs and drives the best.  Chrome is all the finest. Bumper nice.  The original grill is cherry.  really sharp.  Paint shines great truck and sits up good-it looks alive. Coker classic is what she rides on-5 of them.  At time of restoration the bed floor was all redone.  All new materials. 1971 Chevrolet C10  Truck was professionally stripped to bare metal. Painted base coat and clear coat in factory correct 510 Medium blue and 521 white.  Fresh rebuilt 350ci V8 crate engine with correct 3970010 block and rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission. Engine and transmission both have less than 50 miles.    Truck’s frame was professionally shortened and new bed sides installed. Edelbrock carburetor with electric choke. All new 2 1/4” exhaust including rams horn exhaust manifolds and Thrush chambered mufflers. Sounds great! HEI distributor with new cap, rotor, new wires and AC Delco spark plugs. New water pump and Champion aluminum radiator.  Factory options include    Power Steering, Power front Disc brakes and factory tinted glass. Rebuilt GM tilt steering column and Comfort Grip steering wheel. New front brake pads and booster.  All brand new upper and lower trim, tailgate banner and taillight trim, chrome front and rear bumpers, grille, grille insert and Bow Tie emblem, tinted windshield, trim and seal, back glass trim and seal, new side window glass with new window seals and felts. New interior including new Truck World seat upholstery, Auto Custom Carpet kit, dash pad, and arm rests. Instrument cluster was disassembled, cleaned, needles were repainted and installed in a new instrument cluster bezel.  Truck runs and drives great. Truck has like new Michelin tires. New “ CPP 3” lowering springs and KYB Excel-G shocks. All lights, wipers and heat works like it should. Doors open close and lock.
