To make sure that approved plans, drawings, and specifications are being followed, conduct routine audits and inspections of ongoing work. Keep an eye on and manage the calibre of the materials, workmanship, and on-site testing. Follow up on corrective and preventative measures (CAPA) after identifying and documenting non-conformances. Organise quality-related issues in coordination with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Skills: strong familiarity with the concepts and procedures of quality assurance and control. knowledge of pertinent industry standards, codes, and laws (such as ISO, ASTM, and ACI). the capacity to decipher contract paperwork, drawings, and project requirements. expertise doing audits and inspections on building or project sites.
