Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, identifying areas for improvement. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance technicians and inspectors, providing guidance and training as needed. Facilitate team meetings to discuss quality performance and address any challenges. Quality Control Processes: Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols. Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure documentation is maintained accurately. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and potential issues. Prepare quality reports and present findings to management, including recommendations for improvement. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP). Assist in preparation for regulatory audits and inspections. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to improve product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
