Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail. Edit content produced by other members of a team. Analyze content marketing metrics and change as needed. Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas. Regularly produce various content types, including mail, social media posts, blogs and whitepapers. Excellent written skills in English. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Perform client requirement analysis. Work with technical team to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
