Manage Network Devices and Check the Connectivity of Network Devices and Crimping, Punching. *Configure RAIDs in the Rack Servers and Blade Servers. *Manage and Take the Server Backups *Troubleshoot the Antivirus Definitions in the servers. *Managing and Troubleshooting HP Rack servers and Blade servers. *Installing and configuring new Servers. *Good knowledge on HP server, Knowledge about RAID feature. *Have Knowledge on HP & IBM Servers *Should have knowledge on Linux *Should have knowledge server and storage parts and take hardware logs. *Providing Network support to the Customer end to end connectivity and Router, Switch *Job Type 24X7 *Should posse's good communication & writing Skills. *Should be experienced in providing excellent customer service and problem escalation/resolution.
