TELECALLER FOR MORNING SHIFT - CUSTOMER SERVICE IN INDIA

we are looking to immediately hire Opener with atleast 6 months experienced in BPO sector and Senior candidates with atleast 1 - 2 years experience for Outbound sales process for AUS Morning shift. - B2B sales - AUS process - Great Incentive - Monday to Friday - Opener / Senior Telecaller - Morning shift timing - 7:30am to 4:30pm REQUIREMENTS 1.Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative 2.Track record of over-achieving quota 3.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening 4.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 5.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters 6.Excellent communication and presentation skills 7.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively 8. Bachelors degree.
