TRADITIONAL WALL-HANGING EXCLUSIVE TO KERALA IN INDIA
Wall hanging nettipattam has been used in Kerala for centuries, and the tradition is thought to have originated in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. The word “netti” means “net” in Tamil, and “pattam” means “decoration.” Nettipattam is sometimes also called “mirror work,” because of the prominent use of mirrors in their design. https://spiritofindia.co.in/
