Job description Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for SABRE ticketing, 2. Responsible for ticketing, Exchanges - refunds & reissues in SABRE and ONLINE Airlines B2B logins 3. Completion of Quote's - Issuance & Reissues within given TATs 4. Report preparations on ADM with reasons & raise issues with airlines if necessary; provide ADM explanations after weekly ARC reconciliation 5. Exception handling of records after ARC reconciliation 6. Preparation of weekly MIS, management reports, daily sales reports 7. Any other activity required for managing customer experience and reporting requirements & compliance's KEY COMPETENCIES 1. Experienced with SABRE ticketing, 2. Should have experience on International ticketing, Issuance - Exchanges - Refunds & reissues 3. Should have experience on MIS reporting with Excel or CSV tools 4. Should be able to understand full ticketing process from fare-search to reporting 5. Knowledge of IATA reporting for ADM/ACM is must QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE Qualification & Education: Commerce graduate Travel & tourism certification, IATA certification is must Experience: Minimum 3 -5 years' work experience with experience in Travel/Airline/Hospitality with ticketing knowledge / experience Training & Knowledge: Strong Application knowledge and understanding of business requirements A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Microsoft Project Excellent written and verbal communication skills Online Tools n B2B login's of Airlines and Wholesalers
