Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. Developing and implementing quality standards. Monitoring and analyzing quality performance. Maintaining records of any work and inspections done on-premises. Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities. Extend capability for design of tool and fixtures, if any, to enable the handling, assembly /disassembly of components and sub-assemblies. Excellent knowledge of conventional and non-conventional manufacturing processes.
