Develop and maintain Salesforce automation processes including workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flows. Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce configurations and codebase to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and cross-functional teams. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions to business challenges.
