URGENTLY REQUIRED FEMALE HOSTESS FOR OUR RESTAURANT IN INDIA

We Need female Hostess for our restaurant, who greet our guest and manage our restaurant. Duties and Responsibilities:- 1) Takes reservations for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. 2) Plans and organizes reservations on the restaurant seating chart. 3) Greets guests as they enter the restaurant. 4) Provides guests with menus and ensures they are seated comfortably. 5) Maintains the restaurant s seating chart throughout the shift. 6) Notifies guests when a table is ready. 7) Keeps the hostess station neat and organized. 8) Reports any problems or issues to the restaurant manager. 9) Keeps in contact with servers to make sure the seating chart is properly balanced. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- 1) Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer services skills. 2) Maintains a professional but friendly demeanor. 3) Is capable of remaining patient and polite when speaking to frustrated guests. 4) Demonstrates ability to read and interpret the restaurant s seating chart. 5) Communicates clearly and effectively. 6) Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
