VAKKOM MOULAVI RENAISSANCE STUDY CENTRE - WRITING / EDITING IN INDIA

The Renaissance Study Centre was launched in October 2014 to commemorate Vakkom Abdul Khader Moulavi, a renaissance son of Kerala whose interventions in the social life made revolutionary changes in the Kerala society. The Centre aims to Create awareness among young people, especially school and university students, of the contributions of Vakkom Moulavi and his editor Ramakrishna Pillai to the political awakening and development of Kerala, and an understanding of the period in which they lived and worked. Provide authentic historic materials to schools, educational and cultural materials for teaching or socio-cultural activities related to the period.
