Sales Manager Maharashtra 's Leading group in FMCG and Theme Park Wanted Sales Manager SALES MANAGER POST Experience required: 5years and more in Field Sales preferably from Tourism, Hotels, Events, or Educational Sector Job Summary: The position is responsible for maintaining and developing accounts in assigned territory in order to meet revenue and attendance goals. Must be able to create, nurture and successfully close a pipeline of leads and opportunities while continuously prospecting for new accounts. Will proactively call potential and previous accounts to discuss park programs and product offerings. Prospecting would be the main focus of this position. Preferred candidate for this position would be: Good communicator/presenter, Fun loving enthusiast, Pays attention to detail & Motivated Job Requirements: Sales aptitude, interest and desire, Good project management skills, Independent worker & Good written & verbal communication skills Specific Duties and Responsibilities: To identify prospects, meets them in person, give presentations, generate enquiries and close the deals in allocated market segment To help the team members to the do the same. Maintain Reports on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly basis of each individual. Monitor the sales team efforts, while maintaining individual productivity. Research on the opportunities and ensure to reach out to all identified Travel Agents, Corporate Houses, Social Groups and Educational Institutes in the given region. Explore opportunities, tie-ups, and association with organisations/ agencies and escalate the same to HOD every time. Qualifications: Graduation from any stream, Strong written and oral communication skills for both internal and external audiences. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint besides Internet surfing. Available to work in a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and visit to the park at Lonavala/ Shirdi, as and when required.
