Job Title: Web Developer Izeon Innovative is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Java Trainer to join our dynamic team. The Java Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Java programming language to our students. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Java, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for teaching. Key Responsibilities: Delivering classroom and online training sessions on Java programming language to students Preparing course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on exercises Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback Collaborating with other trainers and team members to continuously improve the training program Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java development Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field At least 6 month -5 years of experience in Java development Strong understanding of Java programming concepts and frameworks, including Spring, Hibernate, and Struts Excellent communication and presentation skills Passion for teaching and mentoring students Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Java certification, such as Oracle Certified Java Developer or Oracle Certified Java Programmer Previous experience as a Java Trainer or Instructor Experience with agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban If you are a Java expert with a passion for teaching and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our students, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
