Companion 107 is a wireless keyboard and mouse combo that comes with a nano receiver built for home/office use. The keyboard features 104 keys inclusive of a rupee key. It has a low battery LED indication,and a power-saving mode. The mouse that tags in this combo is ergonomically designed and super compact. It is a high precision mouse with 1200 DPI, and three buttons. Troubleshooting steps: Step 1: Make sure that the dongle is taken out of the mouse and batteries are inserted. (Tho dongle is placed at back of the mouse). Step 2: Do Not insert the dongle in the CPU/Laptop before the pairing is complete. Step 3: Press and hold the following keys on keyboard and mouse together at the same time for a span of 3 to 4 seconds: (i) (ESC + K) in keyboard (ii) (Left button + Scroll button + Right button) in mouse. Step 4: Insert the dongle on the CPU / Laptop. Step 5: Kindly repeat the procedure if required.
